Our cab service provides transportation services to customers within the specified operational areas. The service is available via our website, mobile app, or by phone booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation message via SMS, email, or in-app notification.
- You must provide accurate information when booking, including pickup location, destination, and contact details.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable rates at the time of booking.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, and other applicable fees.
- Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or any other payment method available at the time of booking.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances in the cab is strictly prohibited.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger is deemed to be intoxicated, abusive, or a threat to safety.
6. Driver’s Rights
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the destination is deemed unsafe or if the passenger is violating any of these terms and conditions.
- Drivers have the right to end the trip early if the passenger’s conduct is unacceptable.
7. Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the ride, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the fare paid for the service.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
- We collect and store personal data such as your name, contact details, and trip information to provide and improve our services.
- Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
